• Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful or not pursued, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration in the United States, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek provisional remedies, including injunctive relief, in any court of competent jurisdiction in the United States. All claims or disputes arising under or relating to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year from the date the claim or dispute arises.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in the United States for any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Easyrecipecrate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
